Pros

The company has the right ideas and seems to care about the residents we serve. Especially in the communities there appears to be a genuine love for what we do. The company is profitable even in a rough economy.

Cons

Limited career growth, a lot of politics, and money spend in places needlessly for/by a few instead of on hard working employees. It is a very conservative company with too many rules. If you are not a favorite of someone high up, then you aren't getting anywhere except out the door.

Pros

The residents are the only good thing about the job

Cons

Management only cares about themselves and bonus. They have favorites. HR tells everyone what you tell them amd you can’t trust them and they only care about managers. It used to be good but it changed and no one’s happy.
