Pros

I have worked at several reputable companies throughout my career, and Vi is at the very top of the list. Incredible product (focused on senior living communities), great culture, smart and hardworking employees, and excellent benefits. I'm so proud to work for this organization!

Pros

The residents are the only good thing about the job

Cons

Management only cares about themselves and bonus. They have favorites. HR tells everyone what you tell them amd you can’t trust them and they only care about managers. It used to be good but it changed and no one’s happy.
