Nice people, nice office and free coffee and drinks

Cons

Bothering employees to write these reviews and telling them we need to get a certain number to win some sort of award. We shouldn't be told to do this. It seems wrong to be harassed. Unfairness of working at home. Some people never come in and me and my department have to be in the office for 3 days each week. No sandwich or donut makes up for my time. Be fair and offer every one the same chance. It isn't fair some people never come in and others don't.

The residents are the only good thing about the job

Cons

Management only cares about themselves and bonus. They have favorites. HR tells everyone what you tell them amd you can’t trust them and they only care about managers. It used to be good but it changed and no one’s happy.
