Exceptional Care facility I can't say enough great things about Vi. From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt a sense of warmth and care that truly sets this community apart. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that residents feel at home, providing not just excellent medical care but also companionship and respect. The warmth and the exceptional environment reflects to the every day work of the employees. An amazing place to work.

The residents are the only good thing about the job

Cons

Management only cares about themselves and bonus. They have favorites. HR tells everyone what you tell them amd you can’t trust them and they only care about managers. It used to be good but it changed and no one’s happy.
