Pros
Clients, staff, and administration are wonderful. The organizational structure is extremely efficient. Great benefits. Tuition assistance if you are full time and are employed longer than 1 year. Excellent part time position for a beginning college student.
Cons
There is no mobility. Senior level positions mostly require experience that cannot be gained through the opportunities provided in lower positions. There are some middle management positions albeit very few where this would not be applicable but these opportunities are rare. The business model works as is therefore no catalyst for change that would require them to needlessly alter this framework. Long term employees are going to be rare in this institution unless they have achieved some form of middle/upper management status they are satisfied performing. Impersonal contact can be felt at times in various administrative functions. I would attribute it to the high turnover of employees that can fatigue the administration. I would be tired too.
