Pros

The care and compassion team members have to provide top-notch, quality care is amazing to witness. The pay and benefits are unmatched and very strong in my opinion. Opportunities for growth are good if you work hard and want to learn.

Cons

Only con is the onboarding for new timers on fingerprint clearance cards

Pros

The residents are the only good thing about the job

Cons

Management only cares about themselves and bonus. They have favorites. HR tells everyone what you tell them amd you can’t trust them and they only care about managers. It used to be good but it changed and no one’s happy.
