Lost culture - Anonymous employee Viewpoint Employee Review

New management out of touch with employees. Way too much pressure to protect your job. private equity ownership breeds distrust and loss of the great culture that was there when I started. Managers rarely available to discuss challenges and resolve issues. Never had any budget to market the product properly and the whole marketing department was driven by Vanity metrics. Products have stagnated and they have lost the trust of a lot of their customers due to promising and rarely if ever delivering on new features in the software.
