Pros
Viewpoint has a few of the best products in the marketplace and is driving for amazing growth and customer success. I feel that the benefits package is excellent, and the work environment is very enjoyable. The team is great to work with, and there is a real commitment to cross functional collaboration. I have been here for a few weeks and am excited about the future. Great Portland headquarters, with easy access to biking, running paths. Gym in the building, and plenty of collaboration spaces. Strong investment in technology to solve problems and increase work effectiveness.
Cons
There has been a large amount of change over the past 24 months, and it seems like there is still more work to be done. Currently on an older CRM that is very frustrating to use, but migration to a new product is in progress.
