Pros
Company pays well, benefits are good, daily fruit and donuts every Friday. There are some really fantastic people there.
Cons
There are a couple of strong executives, but for the most part all they do is fight, disagree on direction and pull the company apart in the process. The CEO cannot make decisions, and doesn't seem to know what he is doing. As with most companies owned by PE it's all about maximizing profits, increasing margin, EBITA and cutting costs. The cost cutting approach is misaligned to what the business actually needs. There is zero alignment department to department, which is a huge missed opportunity. HR is a hot mess, it actually makes it worse to work there than better. Run, don't walk, away from this place. It's not worth it.
