Pros
I have been working here a little less than 1 year. This is a well funded company with lots of opportunity, depending on the department and your own personal goals. Viewpoint treats their employees very well. The PTO and benefits are generous. I really enjoy the people that I interact with on a regular basis. I feel that Viewpoint works hard to promote a great work environment.
Cons
Outdated systems and processes make it challenging to do your job efficiently. They are however, trying to implement SalesForce across multiple departments for better communication and work efficiency.
