Company demonstrates that it cares for employees through a robust benefits package, including generous PTO time, matching 401K, contributions to employee health savings account, several choices of medical plans, and two floating holidays. Office environments include an open structure with plenty of common areas and multiple sized meeting areas. Game room features pool, darts, air hockey, video games. Office parties are well catered and included wine, appetizers, and holiday themed food.
Cons
communication between offices was sometimes lacking, although a good effort was put in. Many times equipment failure was the problem for poor execution of multi-location meetings. Time differences between offices places some groups in a situation were they are working non-traditional hours at times.
