      One of the best package among industry peers. Less workload, can achieve work- life balance Flexible work- hours Stable and profit making balance- sheet

      Cons

      Lacks vision. Performance review is done to follow global guidelines but plays no role in deciding your incentives, all depends on your managers. NO focus on building individual's competency. They do not follow rules establishment by government. Recently brought many policies not favoring employees. Each and every decision is an outcome of the whims and ideas of one person, the director.

      Higher than average pay. Significant social media presence. DEI friendly.

      Cut-throat corporate culture. One of the least respected and untrustworthy suppliers in the industry it serves. If being under constant threat of job loss, being on call 24 hours a day, and getting screamed at by middle management suffering from Dunning-Kruger effect is your preference, Visteon is the place for you.
