Pros

I've worked here for nearly a year and so far its been a great experience. Low key environment, great people, and opportunity for growth. In comparison to other places I've worked, working at Image has been one of my best experiences. There are always people that are negative in any department, but those people seem to fizzle out over time. I am excited to be apart of this growing company.

Cons

There should be more training when you start working here. There is a lot of learning on the job type of stuff. For me, I don't mind this as much. I don't do well in a classroom and prefer this method.
