Pros
You pretty much have to choke someone to get fired Most of the people that work here are very nice Upper management is very vindictive and will not hesitate to talk about you behind your back, god help you if you have a need to claim unemployment after leaving here. They went so far as to solicit 'statements' from anyone that could possibly back up their case.
Cons
The glowing reviews you read here I suspect are written by management. Insurance: Yes it's available, and if you want to just cover you, it's not too bad. Company pays half of your insurance (about $160). If you want to cover children, spouse or family, be ready to pay dearly. Around $1200 for you plus family. With a $12k deductible Payday lunch: Consists of tacos from a little hole in the wall place. Don't get me wrong, they're good, and I can't complain about free food, however... Used to be pizza, or chicken express, we had BBQ once...and it used to be every payday, now it's just the 1st payday. It was cut down on the premise that we could have "better" options on the 1 payday...that was before it just went down to tacos
