Great enviornment to work in. - Client Services Visual Matrix Employee Review

Great place to work. Ive been working for this company for a little over 6 months. Catered lunch on the 1st of the month. My fellow co workers are great to work with. This is the first job ive had that has 0 drama that comes with it. Management is professional and provides the tools and knowledge to become successful in your position, its really up to the individual to utilize the knowledge and tools provided to become successful. The negative reviews you see are probably from the non hard working (Lazy) employees. This company is growing and I feel like I came at the perfect time!!! Owner is very nice and friendly always greets you when you cross paths. This is a smaller company that gives off that feeling that you are part of a family!!! I am very glad I found this opportunity with this company. The best decision ive ever made was to come work for this company. Health insurance is offered after 90 days of employement also life insurance is free through the company. Once every 2 months a company outing is set up to bond with co workers and reward employees for there hard work.
