Pros

The pay is respectable, but not much different from any other call center in the area. Most technicians are pretty good people, but they might as well install a revolving door.

Cons

Training leaves a lot to be desired. Techs do their best to help one another, but supervisors are typically very little help. Prevailing attitude of management seems to be one of "I had to solve this problem on my own and you should, too." This doesn't benefit the company, the techs or the customers. Very little feedback is given on tech performance unless a mistake is made, then the approach toward correction is less like coaching and more like getting yelled at. Equipment is often faulty/unusable. Personally, I don't feel like I should have to fight for the tools and resources I need to do the job I was hired to do.
