Pros

I’ve been with the company a few years and am throughly impressed by everything I see. Some complain of low wage but I’ve found the compensation to be fair and making more than I have in my life. But the most incredible part of the company is the family feel at the local branch level and the connection to other salesman around the nation. Salesman are given the freedom to push hard and find success without feeling micromanaged. Best of all there is integrity and a single mission to sell Lighting Solutions in order to share the gospel with a dark world.

Cons

Too many programs and technology that is not integrated. Too many layers of middle management. Nothing that impacts the daily work of the people on the streets...

Long lasting friendships. Was like family. Lots of great memories. Experts in their field.

Cons

Upper management manages from a distance, i.e. via spreadsheet. Because if this they miss what they are being told from the front lines. And by the time they look up from the spreadsheet it's too late.
