Pros

Paid time off, sick days, free food, retirement savings plan, Employee Assistance program, variety in daily tasks.

Cons

Working overtime or taking on more than one can bear is expected here. Customer Service and Dispatch are among the most stressful jobs with this company and the pay does not reflect that.

Pros

Not many pros. Can’t think of any. People were nice at first but then they all got fired around me. Replaced countlessly.

Cons

If you are not part of “The Foot Hills” then you are already on your way out the door. This is a mafia within the company that lie to the cooperate level employees about wrecks, etc. if you aren’t part of the club and you tell cooperate the truth you get the boot.
