The kind, hardworking, talented, and generous people that work for West Bend are unlike anywhere I have seen. You do not get a reputation for being a top workplace without having phenomenal employees and West Bend does a great job finding and retaining these extraordinary people. -Even though we are a large organization, we have a family atmosphere where associates take care of each other and our community. It really makes you feel proud to work for a company who gives so much to so many causes. -Communication from our senior leadership team is good. We always know how the company is doing and where we are headed. -I truly feel valued as an employee. We celebrate our accomplishments throughout the year and I always feel like I had an impact in the company’s success. -The amenities, of course, are great.
