These comments are certainly disappointing to hear, and I must admit - a bit surprising. We conduct semi-annual company wide employee surveys, and the friendliness of our employees is always highly rated. I'm sure you've seen the comments - because we share the results with all employees. Are you attending our quarterly company meetings? We do share our vision, strategies and progress towards our strategic goals in those meetings each time. Since all employees also have scheduled recurring one on ones with their manager on a regular basis, I encourage you to use that opportunity to ask any questions, raise any concerns on culture or salary, and get the guidance you need. We're in the middle of leadership training across all levels of management (from first time managers to senior leadership). This multi-month program is being provided ensuring everyone is in alignment on best practices and providing them with opportunities to learn and share experiences with their peers. If there is additional support you feel you need as a manager, please let me know. We're always open to new ideas! We expect all of our managers to exemplify our core values every day.
