Some of the company's products receive similar poor reviews on social media.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We appreciate your hard work to create the best possible products for our clients, and are so glad to hear that you enjoy being a part of WorkWave. One of our core tenants is to make sure our customers (as well as our employees) are raving fans, and we take our clients' feedback very seriously. If there are particular issues that you see need to be resolved that haven't found there way into a scheduled sprint, I encourage you to share that with your manager and the appropriate product owner. Our senior leadership team is always happy to talk as well to make sure we do the right thing for all involved.

Pros

WorkWave is truly one of the best work environments I’ve experienced. The company has strong momentum, a modern product vision, and a culture that makes you feel excited about where things are headed. What stands out most is the forward‑looking strategy, supportive teams, and leadership that communicates openly and invests in people. There’s real trust, autonomy, and a shared sense of ownership across the organization.

Cons

Truly none worth noting here.

Pros

The unlimited pto and remote work is the only thing that keeps people

Cons

Basically the entire leadership and manangement. 2 years ago they company went under a massive leadership shift and it was not for the better. Workwave used to have an amazing culture people actually enjoyed working there. Now your just another number that leadership doesnt care about. Your expected to work late and weekends at the result of poor planning by manangement, work load is way to much, and they are constantly layoffs. How many layoffs do they need before they reach their goal? everyones afraid for their job. Im convinced the positive reviews are from the leadership themselves to boost the ratings here. Not the place it once was and its a shame. The pay is very low too for the staff theyve had for years.
