Pros

You can work remotely here.

Cons

My company was bought out by WorkWave and I got to watch it go down the drain. I've made a list of cons below: 1 - management is clueless and untrustworthy. They fired high performers while people who aren't half as smart kept their jobs. 2 - leadership likes their processes. Any improvements suggested will be turned down, even if they help improve company operations. 3 - HR is ineffective at best and toxic at worst. For example, when my company was bought out, our savings accounts for health care suddenly weren't able to be rolled over and had to be used by an arbitrary date. People who had medical emergencies between the expiration and the new year were hurt by this. 4 - processes are surprisingly heavy in paperwork for a software company. 5 - feedback given from employees is ignored or derided. 6 - the organization does not have the organizational culture, leadership capability or institutional knowledge to successfully integrate all of their acquisitions with WorkWave. From what I've seen, WorkWave forces its methods on all of the companies it acquires and simply snuffs out any dissent 7 - health insurance is very expensive for what you get

Pros

WorkWave is truly one of the best work environments I’ve experienced. The company has strong momentum, a modern product vision, and a culture that makes you feel excited about where things are headed. What stands out most is the forward‑looking strategy, supportive teams, and leadership that communicates openly and invests in people. There’s real trust, autonomy, and a shared sense of ownership across the organization.

Cons

Truly none worth noting here.

Pros

The unlimited pto and remote work is the only thing that keeps people

Cons

Basically the entire leadership and manangement. 2 years ago they company went under a massive leadership shift and it was not for the better. Workwave used to have an amazing culture people actually enjoyed working there. Now your just another number that leadership doesnt care about. Your expected to work late and weekends at the result of poor planning by manangement, work load is way to much, and they are constantly layoffs. How many layoffs do they need before they reach their goal? everyones afraid for their job. Im convinced the positive reviews are from the leadership themselves to boost the ratings here. Not the place it once was and its a shame. The pay is very low too for the staff theyve had for years.
