Pros

The building is really cool.

Cons

Some departments work non-stop and have no clarity around roles and responsibilities. Salaries are basically by how much you are liked or if you threaten to leave and your department can’t handle turnover. High turnover and burnout but no one will actually say no to the work that is being thrown at them. All these acquisitions are increasing workload but headcount isn’t changing. CEO told sales that you should take 15 minutes to put your kids to bed so you don’t lose a sale. Work life balance means nothing to leadership.

Thanks for your feedback. We've experienced a tremendous amount of growth this past year, which can inevitably cause roles and responsibilities to evolve over time. We're so fortunate to have talented team members that are excited to grow with us! We're indeed actively hiring across all departments, as you can see on our careers page, to help build out our teams further. Work life balance can be a struggle for some working fully remote, but we've got an incredible set of resources to help all employees find the tools and techniques that will best for them to set boundaries, prioritize their day, and protect their mental health. It's unfortunate these concerns weren't raised to HR's attention prior to your departure, as we certainly could have helped provide you with the guidance needed to continue as part of the WorkWave community.

Pros

WorkWave is truly one of the best work environments I’ve experienced. The company has strong momentum, a modern product vision, and a culture that makes you feel excited about where things are headed. What stands out most is the forward‑looking strategy, supportive teams, and leadership that communicates openly and invests in people. There’s real trust, autonomy, and a shared sense of ownership across the organization.

Cons

Truly none worth noting here.

Pros

The unlimited pto and remote work is the only thing that keeps people

Cons

Basically the entire leadership and manangement. 2 years ago they company went under a massive leadership shift and it was not for the better. Workwave used to have an amazing culture people actually enjoyed working there. Now your just another number that leadership doesnt care about. Your expected to work late and weekends at the result of poor planning by manangement, work load is way to much, and they are constantly layoffs. How many layoffs do they need before they reach their goal? everyones afraid for their job. Im convinced the positive reviews are from the leadership themselves to boost the ratings here. Not the place it once was and its a shame. The pay is very low too for the staff theyve had for years.
