Pros
You will always be supported by leadership and your team, and encouraged to use your unlimited time off for mental health days, vacations, etc. as long as you're getting your work done and contributing to the department's success. The team is very organized & very good at training and developing the team's soft and hard skills. I've never worked anywhere else that cares as much about the people as this company. I have a chronic illness, and I'm able to work from home as much as I need to and still be included in the team culture and not be treated differently by my manager, senior leadership, or team. I can't say enough how much that means to me.
Cons
Annual raises were lower this year, but that's due to the economic state. The department (and entire company) decided on lower raises in order to not have layoffs, which I'd rather have and I appreciate management and leadership protecting us in such an uncertain time.
