Pros

my immediate support teammates are some of the best people I have ever worked with. which is why it's unfortunate I worry for the long term success of the department. they deserve so much better.

Cons

basically being catfished and sold that the job is pro-mental health and they protect you against burnout. you're expected to do many things you don't have information on and told you can't talk to other departments. having Jiras sit for over a month with no progress, making customers mad and we can't help them. having a simple question take days for an answer because it's not documented and nobody is free to assist you, if you're even allowed to ask them. nothing feels worse than caring deeply about your departments success and being unable to help. you are allowed to take time off , but anytime you do, you come back to escalated tickets which makes you never want to take time off. then going to hr about said concerns and nothing changes. having direct management not know how even the simplest things in the software you support work and giving you incorrect answers to questions that cause you to get bad surveys.

Contrary to the tenure listed, we appreciate the 3 months you were able to spend with us prior to your departure. Rather than devoting time to disputing your statements that unfortunately do not accurately reflect our efforts, company, culture, or team members we would instead like to focus on wishing you well at your next endeavor.

Pros

WorkWave is truly one of the best work environments I’ve experienced. The company has strong momentum, a modern product vision, and a culture that makes you feel excited about where things are headed. What stands out most is the forward‑looking strategy, supportive teams, and leadership that communicates openly and invests in people. There’s real trust, autonomy, and a shared sense of ownership across the organization.

Cons

Truly none worth noting here.

Pros

The unlimited pto and remote work is the only thing that keeps people

Cons

Basically the entire leadership and manangement. 2 years ago they company went under a massive leadership shift and it was not for the better. Workwave used to have an amazing culture people actually enjoyed working there. Now your just another number that leadership doesnt care about. Your expected to work late and weekends at the result of poor planning by manangement, work load is way to much, and they are constantly layoffs. How many layoffs do they need before they reach their goal? everyones afraid for their job. Im convinced the positive reviews are from the leadership themselves to boost the ratings here. Not the place it once was and its a shame. The pay is very low too for the staff theyve had for years.
