We appreciate the opportunity to hear your concerns and clear the air. While we do offer career opportunities for new graduates, we love finding talent with prior experience. In fact, 80% of the employees hired in the past 6 months have all had previous experience in their field before joining Marathon Data (now WorkWave)! Yes, our standard office office hours are indeed 8:30 to 5, but we have many team members that work modified schedules, or work remotely full or part time based on their needs. We also recently announced that everyone will be getting 5 more days of PTO starting in 2016!
