Good team-building exercises and good people to work with

Not an easy path to grow. Your work won't be appreciated, and managers favor particular employees over others; they do not let you do independent work and support you, but rather jump in and take credit for your ideas. A lot of things are toxic and chaotic, and just happen without proper structure or employee recognition. Below market compensation, lot of additional work is dumped on you and managers dont set expectations right and blame you for everything

Exploitative Management Tactics: Some managers deliberately target and hire candidates on visas (such as those requiring green card sponsorship) to leverage their immigration status, creating an environment of overwork and psychological pressure. 4. Unethical Reputation Management: Leadership desperately mandates employees to post fake positive reviews online to artificially boost the company's rating. This counterproductive approach only highlights management's insecurity and refusal to address the actual root causes of low morale.
