Pros

Nice to be part of an industry on the fore front of technology, at least in theory. You do meet some talented and genuine people.

Cons

The culture and style of Wyze management and leadership are suffocating and inscrutable, especially if you are the type of person who wishes to things rationally and methodically. There is little room or time or motivation to do work you would be truly proud of, and if you are looking for a place to learn and grow, this is likely not the place. I've try to word my comments very politely, but refer to my ratings below. To be honest I find some of the higher (4/5 star) ratings to be Highly Suspicious.

Pros

Most of the colleagues are nice and talented.

Cons

1. Below-Market Compensation: Salary and overall benefits package are not competitive compared to industry standards. 2..Deficit in Leadership Quality: There is a noticeable lack of strategic vision, core leadership skills, and basic professional respect for employees from upper management. 3. Exploitative Management Tactics: Some managers deliberately target and hire candidates on visas (such as those requiring green card sponsorship) to leverage their immigration status, creating an environment of overwork and psychological pressure. 4. Unethical Reputation Management: Leadership desperately mandates employees to post fake positive reviews online to artificially boost the company's rating. This counterproductive approach only highlights management's insecurity and refusal to address the actual root causes of low morale.
