Pros

- Good PTO policy - Probably looks good on your resume - Mission statement brings great people - Trauma bonding - Free therapy

Cons

- I am sure HR team or managers fills out positive reviews to hide real employee feedback on Glassdoor - No 401k match - Comp is not very good and no way they will adjust - Horrible internal culture. I think everyone is nice but that does not stop it from being Toxic every other way - So many left that no one is emailing goodbye anymore. Bad sign - If Wyze has exit interviews they are not taken seriously. Same issues we had last year but so much worse because less employees. That is how I know there is no follow through - Don't care about things that are considered working unless something fails. Always reaction. Really No one ever has time to think ahead or finish features or go back and fix things before there is a problem across the entire company because everything is always about something new being released. - Unrealistic company goal and expectation coming from the top down. C suite has to calm down - Crunch never ends. They squeeze teams tighter and tighter to save money until even best employees crack - Typical "design by engineer or PM" bad UI because user research is not important - Every 2-3 employee is a product manager. There is no reason. Stop launching products for 5 minutes so you can count - Senior managers promoted because they are good at job not because they are good at strategy or being manager. - Senior leaders obsess with saving money. Costs more in the long run. they have to hire and train people over and over to replace burnout employees. or damage brand because the product is complicated and support is bad and not funded. No one doing the math on anything but short term ( I said everything is a reaction) - No work life balance. Not enough employees to use PTO - Not diverse. Teams split by race and gender. Female leaders all HR or Legal. Another team is almost all white only from same state. - Diversity and inclusion training is listed on Glassdoor? who is Translator we have never done any training

Pros

Most of the colleagues are nice and talented.

Cons

1. Below-Market Compensation: Salary and overall benefits package are not competitive compared to industry standards. 2..Deficit in Leadership Quality: There is a noticeable lack of strategic vision, core leadership skills, and basic professional respect for employees from upper management. 3. Exploitative Management Tactics: Some managers deliberately target and hire candidates on visas (such as those requiring green card sponsorship) to leverage their immigration status, creating an environment of overwork and psychological pressure. 4. Unethical Reputation Management: Leadership desperately mandates employees to post fake positive reviews online to artificially boost the company's rating. This counterproductive approach only highlights management's insecurity and refusal to address the actual root causes of low morale.
