Pros
Good insurance and PTO. Some nice employees (though most of them left)
Cons
Terrible, inexperienced management. Wyze is a product/marketing company with engineers treated as second hand employees. Most of the accolades goes to the product managers or marketing people while engineers are overworked, incurring more and more tech debt along the way to handle so many product launches. When we try to voice our concerns, it just gets bounced out ( especially our ever clueless CTO who keeps making excuses and make war references instead of actually making any effort). There were a handful of good engineers keeping this ship from sinking but many have left and quite a few are unhappy.
