Pros

Co-workers are diligent and intelligent individuals but a lot of them got laid off.

Cons

Pathetic leadership team...if you guys ever read this review, this is for you: Can you guys start to owe some of the responsibilities like some grown-up men? Or are you guys too fragile to talk about your own failures as top leaders of this company? You guys blamed everything you possibly can on other people - you destroyed the whole sales team, you put CTO as a scapegoat for high infra cost, and now you are complaining about finance ”can’t get the numbers right”??? But wait… let me back up a little bit here…hold on… Don't you meet with the Board every quarter for the past 5 years? Don't you read team reports and numbers every month? Don’t you talk to team leads via your 1x1s every week? How come that we only have several months left in our runway becomes a big surprise to you? How do you even have the courage to send out an email to every employee on New Year's Eve and still act like our Commander-in-Chief and keep blaming others for the dire situation? Sadly, Wyze is not your home as you claimed in your email, it is your Hollywood show with your lousy acting skills and you look like a clown. NPD is a mental health condition, go check before it is too late.

Pros

Most of the colleagues are nice and talented.

Cons

1. Below-Market Compensation: Salary and overall benefits package are not competitive compared to industry standards. 2..Deficit in Leadership Quality: There is a noticeable lack of strategic vision, core leadership skills, and basic professional respect for employees from upper management. 3. Exploitative Management Tactics: Some managers deliberately target and hire candidates on visas (such as those requiring green card sponsorship) to leverage their immigration status, creating an environment of overwork and psychological pressure. 4. Unethical Reputation Management: Leadership desperately mandates employees to post fake positive reviews online to artificially boost the company's rating. This counterproductive approach only highlights management's insecurity and refusal to address the actual root causes of low morale.
