Exploitative Management Tactics: Some managers deliberately target and hire candidates on visas (such as those requiring green card sponsorship) to leverage their immigration status, creating an environment of overwork and psychological pressure. 4. Unethical Reputation Management: Leadership desperately mandates employees to post fake positive reviews online to artificially boost the company's rating. This counterproductive approach only highlights management's insecurity and refusal to address the actual root causes of low morale.
