Pros

Techs are managers so they get what you do and the issues you face. Management always has your back on customers. Tight-knit team and overall great support.

Cons

Sometimes great techs do not make great managers. The work force is male dominated.

Remote, full benefits, OK pay, Some workers mean well and work hard.

Cons

Employees are increasingly feeling as though they are being treated more like machines than valued individuals. Rather than focusing on improving the processes behind common tasks, performance concerns are primarily being addressed through formal write-ups. The current policy allows for four infractions before termination, unless an employee is able to complete an entire year without a single error or show "Improvement".
