      Everything is just done right.

      Pros

      Problems get solved on the first call most of the time. The tools are the best in the industry and everyone is very knowledgeable and professional. All of these work together, to create something more than the sum of its parts. The majority of the more experienced personnel are telecommuting or at a client, not sitting around the office.

      Cons

      It is very hard to look good when there are so many excellent coworkers, it can be hard to stand out.

      Decent pay, most staff are pretty skilled at their work.

      Cons

      A lot of the staff give off superior vibes sort of like at the employees at a Verizon store.

      Pros

      Employees are super knowledgeable. Fast pace environment. Strong sense of comradery. Comfortable work environment. Lots of room to grow within the company. Free lunch every week.

      Cons

      Starting out can be very overwhelming but the company provides a budget for each individual employee to become better. You can't drink beer on the clock. You can't wear sweats to work. Not enough female techs!
