-Pay is great and better than most!! -100% Health care coverage for the employee and their family - paid for by the employer! -401k contribution matching. -Generous time off policy. -Home Office Setup if needed. -5-year strategic outlook is clearly communicated and is very exciting to be a part of! Management is very professional and the entire interviewing and initial onboarding process was the best I have ever seen. They are very thorough and detailed which was refreshing and welcomed! Everyone here is very friendly and professional, and willing to help each out in any way they can.

Remote, full benefits, OK pay, Some workers mean well and work hard.

Employees are increasingly feeling as though they are being treated more like machines than valued individuals. Rather than focusing on improving the processes behind common tasks, performance concerns are primarily being addressed through formal write-ups. The current policy allows for four infractions before termination, unless an employee is able to complete an entire year without a single error or show "Improvement".
