The work-life balance is great, with flexible hours that allow me to maintain a healthy personal life. The salary is competitive, and I feel well-compensated for my work. Honestly, I have no complaints at all. It's a company that values its employees, and it's been a pleasure to grow with them over the years.

Remote, full benefits, OK pay, Some workers mean well and work hard.

Employees are increasingly feeling as though they are being treated more like machines than valued individuals. Rather than focusing on improving the processes behind common tasks, performance concerns are primarily being addressed through formal write-ups. The current policy allows for four infractions before termination, unless an employee is able to complete an entire year without a single error or show "Improvement".
