Everyone is friendly, coworkers can be family. Hours are good, vacation/sick days are great, and management can be flexible.

Not a lot of room to move up.

Pto is good to start at the start

Cons

You’re gonna wait at least 4 to 5 months for review. They pay low wages. Management will lie to your face. There is a lot of favoritism there. If you ask for things to get your job done, you will be waiting for at least 2 to 3 weeks. There is no real chance of growth there would not recommend.
