Pros
Working with my peers was the best part of the job there. I met some really great people, but most have moved on. Many people basically just use the company to acquire more skills and experience so that they can move on to better opportunities.
Cons
The company has very poor management, and leadership is just term used to preach their agenda. And they don't practice what they preach either. From top to bottom, the managers and executives are mean, proud, elitist people. HR is a joke because they don't do anything about a grievance unless, of course, it involves a click member. The executive leadership team have no people skills, are very arrogant, and their management team are pretty much the same breed.
