Pros
Project descriptions were clear and I was able to work largely uninterrupted as long as there were no problems. Coworkers were friendly and willing to answer questions or help solve problems. I made several friends in my time there and everyone in my department was pleasant to work with.
Cons
Work was mostly done in isolation and I found it difficult to keep up motivation without feedback from coworkers. Frequent meetings that were not directly related to my work.
