Decent pay, good insurance for cheap, nice 401k match, plenty of available overtime if you want it. Union environment.

Cons

Pay could be better. Upper management. Scheduling you to work shifts on your days off. Not enough employees. Hiring process takes forever.

Speaking for the Pasadena TX location .. lots of great people there, a lot of people in operations I miss. Definitely would have retired from here had I not moved on to something different in my life. I don’t miss the job, I miss the people.

Cons

I’m sure if I thought long enough, I’d think of something to complain about… but no really, you just have to make the best of it. I’ve done worse for a lot less money.
