Pros

The work environment is great. People work together despite the many challenges of a small company growing very quickly.

Cons

The company is growing very quickly, so everyone is required to work A LOT and to wear many hats. Long hours are not required by management or the culture - but are absolutely required by the sheer amount of work that keeps coming.

If you do what you say you’re going to do and get it done you will love working here. You can tell that the leaders care from the top down - not just a number.

Benefits have declined a bit but still decent

Interesting industry, learn all you can and hopefully Safran the parent company brings in a new CEO and new upper management.
