Pros

Best training for newer reps to the industry and sales process as a whole. Some good managers that will excel your career and there's some others. If you are comfortable repeating a process day in and day out against your peers, you will go far. lots of autonomy to get demos in any way you can and all the tools to help. Cool place in office and very talented workers here.

Cons

Pay could be better, but the commission pay is very fair. The company needs to figure out from top management a direction that lower level employees can understand consistently. constant change in what is required to hit your number for the month can waste a week of sequences and searching new leads because the goals are always changing, But that's the price of leading in tech. You need to give a bigger net for your reps to catch up, otherwise you loose good talent to unnecessary changes.

Pros

ZoomInfo is a super fast moving company with zero bureaucracy. There's plenty of opportunity to try new things and execute your vision. Leaders are expected to be "in the business", allowing you to be involved in the work without being mired in administrative work. The office in Waltham is brand-spanking new, is super nice, has a big exercise room, and great snacks. The Vancouver office is also super posh. The company has invested in great AI tools which are accessible by all employees. I enjoy working with every single person that I interact with. Not one bad apple in the bunch.

Cons

If you work at ZoomInfo, you'll need to get things done. Your work is visible and leadership expects results. If you can call that a con.

Pros

The company truly lives its core values: Be Relentless, Be Entrepreneurs, Be Experts, Be Innovators, and Be Team, which fosters a collaborative, ethical, and high-performing culture with very little office politics. Leadership is approachable, humble, and genuinely invested in its people, something I have rarely experienced in more than 20 years in the industry. The company invests in employee growth through learning opportunities, internal promotions, competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, modern offices, and a healthy work-life balance. It has a strong foundation to be recognized among the top companies to work for. The company is also an early adopter of AI and continues to deliver cutting-edge technology, giving employees opportunities to innovate and make a meaningful impact. Overall, it is a great place to build a career.

Cons

As with any fast-growing company, there are opportunities to continue evolving and maturing as the organization scales. Some startup-style processes and ways of working still exist, and there is an opportunity to further strengthen enterprise-level structure, processes, and accountability. The company has made significant progress since I joined, and continued focus on operational maturity, scalability, and consistency will help support the next phase of growth while preserving the entrepreneurial spirit and culture that make ZI unique.
