Pros
They are a leading software technology company with a great product. Their client base is impressive and have saved companies millions of dollars. The work atmosphere was great and their hybrid work model was enjoyable as well. Most of the people that worked there were a pleasure to be around.
Cons
Unfortunately, there is very little structure here. It seems they were growing so quickly that they missed the mark on some pretty big things. The internal management seemed all over the place. There was a lot of focus on the product itself but not enough focus on the people who work for the company. There are expectations that are loosely broadcasted and then individuals are left to figure it out.
