Last year, benefitsexpress was acquired by Wex. Since the acquisition, there has been no major improvements. There are two benefit administrators platforms. MBE: the system application is cumbersome. bC4: the system application is outdated. High employee turnover and the pay is very low unless you are an advocator for the directors. There is no training, no career career growth (people have been is the same position for 3-5 years), and there is compensation inequality. The company has incompetent managers and directors. Human Resources, Mangers, and Directors do not care for their employees.
