Pros
1. Lot of first hand learning experience. 2. Tough yet knowledgeable training for freshers. 3. More responsibility is given to you if you work hard. 4. Good availability of Lab equipment. 5. Friendly management of 4 co-founders, the software head is a great visionary and a talented speaker, the CEO is a very professional goal oriented person, the marketing head is good in business and the hardware head is also good in leading the hardware team. 6. Mostly friendly team leads, depends on area of choice. But if you get a wrong lead then life gets tough. 7. Flexible timings. 8. No strict dress codes. 9. High increments of salary every year. 10. One table tennis board to relax. 11. Annual days are fun, with gifts and awards to everyone. 12. If you perform well it will be known in the entire company, and everyone appreciates that. 13. During any problems in the project, everyone jumps in to help you out. 14. The company works as a same team and there is not divisions when it comes to work. 15. Ideal company for freshers and high experience people. 16. If your coding and logical abilities are good, dont worry about communication as it does not matter much here. 17. Interviews are tough , can take more than 1 day. 18. Software interviews are easier than hardware. 19. This company is a one bug family, if you have any urgent financial requirements like hospitalization etc, everyone will help. 20. You can just walk into the rooms of any management and talk to them easily.
Cons
1. If you quit there is a 3 month notice period which is too high. 2. Some employees were pressured when leaving, either by giving them salary hikes or by unprofessional ways. 3. Salary discussion is like bargaining, they will put forward a slab, then you need to negotiate, if you dont ask you dont get. 4. The progress of the project will be monitored in levels upto the CEO, and hence you have to do multiple explanations. 5. Human resources department needs to be expanded. 6. Salary slip is not given in fear of employees leaving the company. 7. There is no established rubric for salary increment, depends on the manager and CEO's opinion about you. 8. Limited health insurance. 9.Limited snacks in the company, and no canteen. 10. Limited space for entertainment.
