Pros
1) Easy way for freshers to get good experience in embedded systems 2) Depending on the team there are lots of different technologies in the Embedded system/Camera domain which is explored 3) Acts as a career jumpstart to get to excellent MNC companies 4) Good insurance plan and support during covid 5) Founders are very accessible 6) Technical training is good and skill development of an engineer is a high priority
Cons
1) Work-life balance takes a huge hit when working for e-con especially in some teams 2) Out of work activities are pretty much non-existent 3) The whole work culture is not something that employees would love to be in 4) company spent less and less into training engineers and actually caring about their self development
