Pros

Employees are kind to each other.

Cons

Things change all the time, so it is hard to know what the real plan is. A lot of the tools and systems feel really old, which makes the work slower than it should be. The pay is not great for the amount of effort people put in. Office politics pop up everywhere and some decisions are just ridiculous. People get let go pretty quickly instead of being coached or given a chance to improve. Trust in leadership is low and many employees see the executives as liars. It can start to feel like quiet abuse, where speaking up makes you look like the enemy instead of someone trying to help.

Pros

There is nothing positive to say about iBASEt. The experience was consistently unpleasant, and it is deeply regrettable having spent time here at all. It is strongly advised to avoid this company and seek opportunities elsewhere instead of settling here.

Cons

• This is one of the worst companies to work for, especially for experienced professionals trying to grow their careers. • The base salary is insultingly low compared to expectations and responsibilities. • Management repeatedly makes promises but fails to follow through on them. • Employees are expected to meet extremely high demands with very little support. • When expectations are not met, employees are treated as incompetent and disposable.
