Pros

Good Infrastructure. Flexible Timing. Co-operative colleagues.

I have been working from a long time & working environment was really friendly. But Dirty politics has been started since last 1 year after change in management hierarchy.

As a current employee, we would like to thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. As iBASEt grows it is very important to receive feedback and any suggestions for improvement. We recently, within the past year, have grown our India office and would welcome input to help the team work better together, as iBASEt feels strongly that all employees, whether you are a developer, analyst, manager or in administration, you play an important role and are well valued in the organization. We would like you to contact upper management or HR directly. iBASEt strives to provide a safe and conducive environment for all our employees.

Pros

There is nothing positive to say about iBASEt. The experience was consistently unpleasant, and it is deeply regrettable having spent time here at all. It is strongly advised to avoid this company and seek opportunities elsewhere instead of settling here.

Cons

• This is one of the worst companies to work for, especially for experienced professionals trying to grow their careers. • The base salary is insultingly low compared to expectations and responsibilities. • Management repeatedly makes promises but fails to follow through on them. • Employees are expected to meet extremely high demands with very little support. • When expectations are not met, employees are treated as incompetent and disposable.
