Pros
- Talent team does an excellent job bringing in top tier talent. - Coworkers are all very smart and personable. - Lots of freedom, so you can learn and grow quickly
Cons
- No respect for your time or privacy. Be prepared to need to be available 24/7. God forbid you want to take a vacation without getting messaged, called, texted constantly. - Lack of direction. You will have your manager changed dozens of times if you stay here long enough. Everything is last minute. Other people break things and it falls back on you. The most direction you will get is an email saying this project/task needs to be done ASAP. - Turnover is astronomically high for such a small company. AT LEAST two terminations/resignations a week. When the director of HR leaves your company after 3 months, you know something is wrong. - Very bad working environment. Everything is cobbled together at an apartment complex (no joke, two-bedroom apartments are literally turned into “offices”). IKEA desks, Craigslist chairs. Everyone is crammed into these tiny apartments. You move around a lot. You definitely don’t have a traditional desk. And be prepared to provide your own equipment. They will not give you a computer.
