Pros
I have previously worked at 2 large tech companies ($1T+ market cap each), and I can say that Rex is doing it right. Direction moves fast to quickly incorporate learnings. Keeps work exciting and provides an immense opportunity for personal (professional and skill set) growth, but the nimbleness is not for everyone. The company prioritizes attracting & retaining the best talent, and ultimately that is the only thing that matters since a company is nothing more than a group of individual people working to figure things out. The talent I have worked with is top notch and committed to making the right decisions every day.
Cons
This is a startup. Processes and procedures are in flux and will likely stay that way until the optimum practices are identified. If best practices were already crystal clear, there would be no need for a startup, and minimal opportunity for growth - and there is nothing wrong with that, but Rex is not that. There have been a couple employees who were let go since I have been here, and those are unfortunate. However, creating multiple fake Glassdoor accounts to bash a company is misleading and a slap in the face to the employees who are still working extremely hard to drive it in the right direction.
